I don't really drink a lot of soft drinks, I tend to drink a couple of litres of water a day and surprised myself when I bought a bottle of pepsi max, however it was to accompany a bottle of vodka.

If I do ever buy soft drinks, I always make sure that they are diet or sugar free versions, as excessive drinking of these kind of products can put those pound on pretty quick, and to be honest I have never liked full fat versions and some I couldn't really tell the difference especially with the like's of Orange fizzy pop's...i.e. Tango and Fanta.

Pepsi was founded in 1965 and is a global brand that has been featured in everyone's household at some point or other. The brand itself is represented with the red, blue and white logo that we all associate Pepsi with and over the years we have seen them follow the market and produce products including Pepsi Max, a cola like drink that has virtually zero calories however has the same taste of a full fat variety.

Pepsi Max will help with a low calorie diet as it contains less than one calorie per serving, has zero fat and is loaded more so with caffeine and ginseng which will increase mental alertness and also gives you a great sense of wellbeing.

Does it taste okay? With premium cola I have always been able to tell the difference between diet products and full fat products, however with Pepsi Max, it features in between the two products, not too sweet like the original pepsi and not so bland as the diet version, therefore it has a great medium that majority of people like because it doesn't taste horrible, it's actually quite pleasant.

It's not something that I wuld buy all the time, however Pepsi is available more or less everywhere unless the support the Coca Cola brand more so, however you will find that Pepsi features in more PUblic HOuses, Bars and Restaurants than what Coco Cola does, the only problem is, it costs just as much to have a pint of Pepsi as it does to have a Pint of Cider and I know which I would prefer.
