Having to keep off caffeine as much as possible due to having the medical condition M E, I have discovered that all decaffeinated coffees are not the same. Many use chemicals to remove the caffeine, and many are not produced ethically. I have tried many over the years and I think I have found my favourite in recent times which is Percol Decaffeinated Fair-trade Colombian, which I feel is as close in taste to the richer caffeinated coffees. Now you might have to do a little searching for this one because although many supermarkets stock Percol coffees, not many stock the decaf version, but it is well worth seeking out.
