A great lager (Peroni)

Peroni is a very high quality lager and is certainly one of my favourites. It tends to be fairly affordably priced, though it is often just a bit more than Becks and Budweiser.

It is difficult to describe Peroni, other than it is quite similar to becks but it tastes a bit stronger and maltier. For these reasons if you are not really a beer drinker then perhaps this isn't the drink for you. However if you like your lagers then I would definitely recommend Peroni. I cannot comment on pints, but it is certainly good from the bottle as long as it is chilled.

This leads onto some words of warning, though the 660ml bottles of Peroni look pretty cool, only buy these if you drink your lager reasonably fast. Otherwise you will find that by the time you start getting to the end of the bottle, the beer will no longer be cold and it is not particularly nice when warm.

Summary: Maybe avoid those massive bottles
