Advantages: Gentle, cheap and tasty

Disadvantages: Hard to acquire

This yellow labeled beer which features an old building from Wroclaw on should be titled Piast Wroclawski rather than Piast Wroctawski!

Piast Wroclawski is another Polish beer that is part of the Carlsberg group, the brewery is based in Wroclaw and it's therefore more available in the Wroclaw and Dolny Slaskie region than the rest of the country or abroad but I'm hoping Carlsberg will give it a chance of promotion as it is a decent beer.

It's golden in colour and looks nothing special when poured, donning a small head that soon disappears but it's the taste that makes this beer different from your average Polish bottle of lager.

Piast Wroclawski has a subtle and soft taste, has less alcohol at (5.2%) than the majority of its competitors and is also lower on extract, not as much as a Czech beer but it comes close yet still retains a gentle scrumptious mix of hops and malt. Not only will you benefit from it's refreshing flavour but you won't get a bugger of a headache after supping these!

Summary: No hangover
