I've fallen in love with this exotic-sounding spirit. It is soo smooth and versatile. Together with friends, we've enjoyed trying Pisco Sours and using it as a substitute for Vodka. Actually, it is a lot nicer than vodka - fruitier and more refreshing. Plus, its fun to try something new. Add passion fruit juice and you have a "Pisco Passion".
