... reliable and does exactly what you would expect, it pours with a large thick head - particularly if poured by a Czech! The head soon dissolves but it doesn't seem to have a negative effect on a beer which is smooth and creamy with a slight spiciness to the bitter taste of hops and malty sweetness which nicely balances this beer out to make it enjoyable for all the family (well.. just about!). Czech beer is just about untouchable in my eyes, though I do love the odd Lithuanian or Belgian brew.. neither come close in the combo of quality and price. Primus is a prime example of that, it's not a particularly well known brand ad doesn't even have a long history but it's reliable and does exactly what you would expect, it pours with a large thick head - particularly if poured by a Czech!
