Red Bull is a very well known energy drink that provides a boost of energy when it is most needed. A single can will cost you around 79p which is very good value. It is really good for keeping you awake during the day if you are feeling really drained. You will be left buzzing for a couple of hours and from my experience you have improved concentration. I also like to have an intake of this caffeine drink before playing rugby. It is advertised as giving you wiings and you will be left feeling really energized. However you will be left feeling somewhat worse off after the energizing effect wears off, on a number of occasions i have been left feeling pretty ill. The taste of this drink is difficult to describe, it is pretty unique to be honest. Overall this is the best energy drink on the market but you shouldn't rely on it for energy.
