RED BULL, ENERGY DRINK
Red bull comes in a 250ml can that is blue and silver with red writing and a list of ingredients and warnings on the side and claims to give you energy.
If you have seen the adverts you will of heard them saying red bull gives you wings, well in my case it doesn't.
In each 250ml can their is 32mg caffine, it also contains b-vitamins and taurine, It is also high in sugar, The drink itself is a dark yellow/orange colour and not overly fizzy.
A single can costs around £1.09, Red bull is also available to buy in larger size cans and in multi packs, it is also available in sugar free cans.
As a new mum again to baby number 3, I often feel tierd due to sleepless nights as well as having to look after the kids, cook, clean and play I often find im lacking energy and I don't drink coffee, so a friend recommended red bull, saying it would give me an energy rush.
The first time I drank a can I didn't feel any different at all, no extra energy, still feeling sluggish, so of course I had another and still felt the same, all I found this does is make me feel bloated and a little sick, It does have a nice taste to it though, but its not something I would recommend if your only drinking it to get that energy rush.
Summary: ONLY BUY IF YOU LIKE THE DRINK, WON'T HELP WITH ENERGY
