Advantages: No caffeine

Disadvantages: Cost more than ordinary tea bags

I have tried quite a few varieties of redbush tea - and I find this one quite favourable with a nice rounded flavour.
Concerned with the amount of sugar I was consuming in regular black tea, I firstly began cutting down on tea and then I finally switched to redbush tea for a trial period. I immediately enjoyed it without sugar and even began to get quite addicted to it. Thankfully, I have a much healthier attitude to it now, and have stopped craving it. I now drink this mostly (with a green tea or a black tea every once in a blue moon).
Rich in antioxidants - what does that mean? Basically antioxidants mop up cancer-causing toxins that come from processed food, digesting any food and the environment. The more unhealthy our lifestyles - the more antioxidants we need. This makes a cup of redbush tea both tasty and good-for-you. A rare thing indeed these days.
Perhaps it's not everyone's cup of tea - but give it a try - you might find that you like it more than you think you will.

Summary: A growing trend
