It is good for you- to stop for a cuppa (Redbush Tea)
Member Name: Trishajs
Advantages: Free samplea at www.redbushtea.com Disadvantages: Expensive if you drink a lot of tea I wasn't sure about this tea when I first tried it - I wanted to sample it because I had read of it's health benefits, as it is marketed as being rich in antioxidants, which help protect your body against free radicals and it is naturally caffeine free (apparently many methods of decaffeination can be harmful). At first though the taste was not unpleasant I used to make a pot of tea with a mixture of Redbush and "normal " decaffeinated tea so that I was getting the benefits without the strength of flavour. But it must be a taste that grows on you as I now rarely have anything else. It isn't a cheap tea I last paid £1.85 for 40 tea bags - but as the current packaging may win me tea the Ritz- that is good value. I would recommend you go onto their website because they will be happy to send you free samples to try before you buy-www.redbushtea.com Summary: The Healthy option |
