Well, it's my 50th opinion. So, what better way to celebrate than with one on BEER! Sadly though, I could have picked a better one. Here goes... The Redruth Brewery is the reincarnated form of the old Devenish brewery, whose products used to be very common in Cornwall and Devon until a few years ago. Oddly enough it is now under Chinese ownership and has recently started brewing real ales again although only on a relatively small scale. Steam Brewed Bitter is a new beer dating from around March this year I think. I certainly haven't come across it until recently although as I live in Kent, I don't find this surprising. The steam ...
