I bought Ribena just the other day in Tesco as it was on a buy one get one free offer - 1litre sizes - i also bought the strawberry flavour one too! It was about £2.40 each if i recall which works out quite well on Ribena.

I know it's not great for your teeth and it contains loads of calories but i really love a cold Ribena - i find it so thirst quenching and refreshing!

Mygirlfriend also likes to drink it with hot water in the winter as it warms her up and when she has a sore throst she drinks it to soothe - you just boil the kettle and pour in and then add a little cold water to make it a good temperature to drink.

From a one litre bottle you shoudl get quite few servings but ours doesn't tend to last long as we both like it quite strong - probably only a week for us!

It has a really rich blackcurrant taste and contains real blackcurrant juice which is rich in vitamin c making the drink full of antioxidants (this is what we tell ourselves after the fourth glass of the day!)

I love Ribena and have done since i was a child - i'm just not so sure my teeth do!

Summary: I love a cold Ribena on a hot day...perfect refreshment!
