I buy the carton of the ribena blackcurrant toothkind for the kids because it is a healthy and nutritious drink, and the kids love the taste, even when I was a kid I remember my mum buying it for me although you bought it in a 500ml glass bottle back then.

There is so much to like about this drink not only is it a yummy drink, there is no artificial colourings or flavourings it is also rich in vitamin c which provides you with the recommended daily amount.

Ribena toothkind has no added sugar and because of this it is approved by the British Dentist Association.
I usually buy the 280ml cartons which price from 35p-48p but at the moment Farmfoods are doing a special offer where you can buy 5 for a pound.
They are a nice size for the pack lunches and easy for the kids to drink as they come with a straw.
there are 12 calories in each carton so they are great for a calorie controlled diet.
I prefer the blackcurrant flavour best served cold but there are other flavours such as strawberry,orange and apricot
these drinks are yum and definately form part of a normal healthy diet
