A great tasting squash in a squashed bottle!

      =*=This is like no other=*=

I have tried a lot of squashes from well-known brands to some that you have never even heard of. I found with squashes that they taste great initially but have this foul after taste, a bit like Diet Coke (some of you may disagree)! I found that this squash was great tasting without the foul taste.

I picked Sainsbury's Double Strength Orange & Mango Squash. It is small in packaging, has vibrant colours and has reduced calories and no added sugar also it was only £1.49 and at the moment they have a deal: 2 for £2.50 ... it was enough for me to see to buy it.

What were appealing about this item initially were the two fruits, I love Oranges and Mangoes but sometimes I find the combination can be either two tangy or overly sweet. I found the consistency of both flavours equal and was not overly sweet like most squashes. The squash contains 20% fruit (Orange Comminute from Concentrate [16%] and Mango Puree [4%]), which means it can contribute towards your 5 A DAY (but I will advise that this a minute amount so please eat fresh fruit and vegetables). The product is also made from only natural colours and flavours also they add Sucralose and no other sweeteners in replacement of sugar.

      =*=A little goes a long way=*=

The bottle is smaller than most squash bottles, which means there is less packaging, which means less waste, less lorries on the road (in the long term) and you have more space in your cupboard to store other things. The bottle and cap are recyclable and the bottle uses a minimum of 25% recycled plastic. So you will be helping the environment as well as gaining more space at home.

As this bottle is only 750ml, the juice is made even more concentrated (well double to be precise). This means the usual amount of squash you put into a glass before pouring water into it, you only have to put half the amount with this squash, so you still get the use of a usual sized squash bottle (1.5 Litres). Also in each bottle of squash you get 30+ Servings.

      =*=Ingredients=*=
