Advantages: none
Disadvantages: waste of money.
Sainsbury's Instant Hot chocolate Drink.
I like to have a bedtime drink sometimes, helps me to sleep.
Whilst this is not the best looking chocolate drink, and thinking that i would save a few pennies at the same time, brought some of this Instant Hot chocolate Drink in my local supermarket.
The Pot **********
Comes in the usual basics red colour band upon a white background, and has a rescrewable lid which has a removable foil lining presumably to keep the powder dry and fresh.
I usually boil up some hot milk, and add a few maybe three spoonfulls of hot chocolate bedtime drink to my mug, its a large one that i got as a christmas pressie from one of my daughters, i think that it was either filled with a easter egg, or some Thorntons chocolates
It was not the most nicest chocolately smells that i usually expect to come from the pot, after removing the foil lid
I had to put loads into my boiling milk and add quite a bit of sugar to get my drink to taste, and further be able to drink this.
Not one of my better moves, it is not too chocolately, does not even smell chocolately and was a waste of my money.
If i want a hot drink in the future i wont be buying this drink, dread to think what it would be like if it were to be added to boiling water, as suggested.
Bit of a disapointment so wont give it a big rating, other than one to be generous at that,, the only way i will try this again, would be if they improve the flavour and the smell, and i dont mind paying a little bit more, but no wont be adding that to my trolley again in a hurry..
Suitable for vegetarians.
Thanks for reading and rating my reviews x
Summary: wont be adding to my trolley again in a hurry.
