I have noticed a lot of cheapo stuff in my mums trolley lately but I didn't think it could get worse than the horrible cola from Tesco but it did when she brought a bottle of Basics lemonade from Sainsburys.

It's rank. It just tastes like fizzy water with a bit of Jif lemon squirted into it.

It's too fizzy to start with but then after the bottle has been open for a few seconds then it goes flat as a pancake.

Me and my sister had a glass each when we had a bbq last night and its horrible, my sister will eat or drink anything and even she poured hers down the drain when my dad wasn't looking.

I think it only costs about 20p for a Coke sized bottle and I reckon thats good if you actually like the stuff. I think its rank though and it even smells funny like that fizzy water you can buy in restaurants that has a weird smell.

I've told her never to buy this again cos I'd rather drink water and I don't know what made her think such cheap pop would be any good when we are all used to Shweppes and good pop brands.
