Quite what that actually means in practise I don't know; but, I can say that the coffee has an unusual combination (for a "high street" ground coffee) of being both smooth to drink but also full bodied. Regular coffee drinkers and Sainsbury's shoppers will know that this ground coffee is one of a large-ish range of own brand ground coffees that regularly feature in promotions such as "buy two bags for £3".
