Sauvignon Blancs in general

<hic> Yes, yet another boozy Bubble opinion - all this "research" purely to help out the consumer! ;o) Hmmmm, now I would have always said that my preference for wine would be a medium to sweet white on the whole but I wonder if my taste or palate has been changing a little over recent months as those wines which would normally be too dry for me are tasting a lot better now! This Saturday is my birthday and I intend to have a little party at home with a few friends. Naturally almost all my friends are like me in that we enjoy our booze.
