Advantages: nice light beer but with flavor, Thirst-quenching, Easy drinking after the first few sips

Disadvantages: bitterness, difficult on the first few sips

I'm not a big fan of pale ales but I am a big fan of Sierra Nevada so I found this one very difficult to rank overall. Foamy, slight carbonation, deep amber color. Malty, and fruity on the nose, both of which appear in the flavor. Yeast adds to flavor, followed by sour citric aftertaste. After you're about helfway through the first, you'll find that you've adjusted to the bitterness and this beer can become easy drinking and thirst-quenching. However, getting down those first few sips can be a bit overwhelming due to the typical bitterness found in a pale ale.

Oh hi. Welcome to dooyoo. Always nice to see new people about.

But yes, what kfingleton said - the 75 word thing is a minimum and most people write far more with lots of detail. You can always add stuff to your opinions though and if you do please email me (address on profile) and I'll gladly come back and re-read and re-rate.

My best advice to you though is to have a good read around opinions written by other people. That's the way to get into the swing of it most quickly.

Welcome again anyway. :)

You really need to add more detail to this.
