Advantages: Tastes nice, healthy, good variety of flavours

Disadvantages: None for me

I've had it drummed into me for years now that I need to be drinking 2 litres of water a day. Now whilst this is good in theory I can't stand water! Ice cold it's ok but who likes to drink ice cold water when it's cold outside?

To try and combat this problem I practically survive on flavoured water. I've tried many different brands of water but my favourite by far is perfectly clear. They do many different fruit flavours ranging from simple ones such as apple to a mixture of fruit flavours such as summer fruits. Most, if not all, their flavours are available in still as well as sparkling. Their sparkling variety is only lightly sparkling, not very fizzy like you would expect of pop drinks.

Unlike some other brands their flavours are not at all chemically or overpowering there's just a soft natural fruit flavour to the water. The water itself comes from pure spring water in Kent.

According to the print on the bottle once opened a bottle of this will last up to three days when kept in the fridge. Although that is where I usually keep mine and my bottles rarely ever last that long I have kept them out the fridge for longer without any problems.

None of their drinks have any added sugar or artificial colours or flavours.

The bottle I am currently working my way through is sparkling apple flavoured and the ingredients are: carbonated spring water, malic acid, natural flavourings, preservative (potassium sorbate) and sweetener (sucralose)

The nutrition information per 250ml is:

Energy - 10kj/2kcal
Protein - nil
Carbohydrates - nil
Fat - nil
Fibre - nil
Sodium - trace
Salt equivalent - trace

Although this is taken from the apple flavour there is very little difference between the flavours with the main difference obviously being the flavour itself.

I have only ever seen these in 1.5litre bottles which cost me 75p in ASDA. I have been buying these bottles for several years and despite trying other brands none have ever been quite as nice as this brand and therefore I'm highly recommending them and giving them the full 5 out of 5. As far as I am concerned these are an easy to drink, healthy alternative to plain water.

Summary: An easy to drink healthy alternative to plain water
