Advantages: Decent quality, not too expensive

I no vodka expert by any matter of means but I certainly do know that Smirnoff is a not too shabby quality, well price vodka. It's possibly the most famous of them all, everyone knows a smirnoff bottle when they see one!

When I'm heading to a party or similar events and if drinking vodka chances are it will be a bottle of Smirnoff that I buy. Supermarkets generally have it in all size and well priced. I have to admit to hating straight vodka of any sorts but I find a strong mix with lemonade, fanta etc quite pleasant. Vodka and coke is just a drink that does not agree with my tastebuds!

Off hand my memory seems to state that there's 31 units in a 70cl bottle or maybe that was the litre bottle, regardless you're going to exceed your daily recommended allowance pretty fast! But we're not talking about health here!

There's not much worse than a really bad tasting vodka like the unbranded stuff you see in some clubs or even the cheap brands like Glenns. It's just awful, plain and simple. Smirnoff is triple filtered but as I said, I'm not vodka expert so I'll just take their word for it that this produces a higher quality spirit. One thing I will add is Smirnoff doesn not leave me with a sore head the morning after like some other drinks do. This might be dure to it's purity.

If you're looking for a vodka that has some quality and is not too expensive then Smirnoff is likely a good choice. It's certainly my choice!
