Advantages: I don't know what sick motives they have for doing it

Disadvantages: Damnation

A distressing and saddening sight in modern (and not so modern times)times is the practice of mixing one's vodka with another drink - surely the brainchild of the devil himself. How can people bring themselves to taint the noble vodka with such lowly substances as coke or orange juice.

We should look to Raskolnikov, antihero of Crime and Punishment, who walks into a pub and orders a pint of Vodka. There is a shining example of a servant of God. This action in my mind certainly redeems him from all the killing he has done.

And besides, what could be better than the feeling of having your throat burnt away which accompanies the accidental receiving and drinking of dodgy cheap vodka?

Smirnoff vodka is an excellent example of a vodka which won't burn your throat away. People who mix this are performing a double sin, and will probably have extra proddings when they get to hell.

Sorry for the SU but it would be nice to know a bit more about Vodka in general, your experiences with it (druken deeds etc) and perhaps how to serve and keep it (I keep mine in the freezer)
