I consider myself a real vodka expert, I must have tried over 20 different brands from various sources and countries but I have never found any other vodka that is a smooth and warm as Smirnoff, on occasion i have had to report some establishments in this country to the 'weights and measures' because they were clearly filling up the smirnoff bottles with some rank cheap alternative. Drink with a shot of lime and no ice for the full warmth and tingle of this excellent vodka, you will notice how smooth it is in comparison to the other supermarket brands, it wont bite your head off either. If you drink it with 1/4 a pint of lemonade then just possibly you might not be fully aware of the difference in the vodkas. Good vodka should be savoured on the palate before slipping warmly down your throat. If you add ice it not only slowly dilutes the drink but also hides the full taste slightly so i recommend drinking without the ice and enjoy!
