Starbucks have been producing their Christmas Blend for over thirty years, and the 2008 edition is certainly no let down. This is a delicious coffee, perfect for the festive season. It's the aged Indonesian beans in this blend which make it distinctive. Aged for five years, these mature beans give a subtle spiciness, making this the perfect coffee to pair with Christmassy treats such as mince pies, Christmas cake or ginger bread. I personally brew my Christmas blend in a cafetiere, but it can also be made using a filter coffee machine.
