I use about 50g of coffee for a normal sized cafetiere and brew it for about 4-5 minutes before plunging the cafetiere. I think this coffee is best enjoyed black, but that is just my preference. It is also good with lots of hot steamed milk. I for one will be enjoying this delicious coffee well into the new year, and looking forward to next years Christmas Blend....more

It's the aged Indonesian beans in this blend which make it distinctive.
