Stella Artois: ... People, Cheers, I am having a drink, Good Old Stella, as in Stella Artois from Belgium. Served and drunk from the good old fashioned green glass bottle, this brew is just over %5 ABV (Alcohol by Volume). It is 5.2% actually but I am certainly not counting. The bottle holds 33cl, or 330ml, the same quantity as beer cans. The top is the traditional crown cork that can be opened with any form of opener, or the edg...

... brewed in Belgium in 1366, specifically for Christmas, Stella Artois has become a leading Premium strength lager, and is one of the most popular on the market to date. Commonly known as wife-beater , it has a reputation for its chemicals bringing out the worst in people. It is a light, golden colour, and has a very nice taste to it, but does it really make people violent? Stella is brewed by InBev, one of the largest brewers in the world, and is 5.2% ABV (alcohol by volume), which makes it one of the strongest, and it is perhaps this, combined with the chemicals involved in its manufacturing, that causes a reaction in people. The answer is simple: anyone that gets...

Lichfield1979 Stella Artois
... Artois Stella Artois is a Belgian lager of 5.2% volume brewed by InBev, the largest brewer in the world. It is one of their most successful brands. As well as being served in pints on draught it comes in all the usual size cans and bottles as well and is retailed by all major off licenses and supermarkets. On licensed premises it is one of the best-known premium lagers in the United Kingdom, and it is also brewed here. For a long time it was marketed with the slogan "reassuringly expensive" and the few extra coins worth of change it costs to buy compared to weaker lagers does not seem to have hit its popularity. Pricing will vary according to what prom...

... Artois, delicious but evil. This is one of the stronger options on the market, at 5.2% ABV it can really blow your head off on a night out. This used to be my chosen pint when going out, but have since stopped drinking it due to some of the messy nights I have had on it. The strength of the lager seems to be quite mis-leading. It has a smooth taste and goes down with relative ease. But as you can drink it at the same speed as other lagers, that have a weak alcohol volume when compared to Stella, the strength can sneak up on you and hit you in the head without warning. Leaving you in an intoxicated state and feeling like you can take on the world, hence the ni...
