... fresh earl grey aroma, with a hint of something else. To look at, it's actually a very attractive tea - because it has little blue flowers in it!!! These are cornflowers. I brew this for around 5 minutes, and I use one teaspoon per cup and a little extra for the pot. When poured it is a nice dark gold colour, not too dark or too light. "Suki Earl Grey Blue Flower Tea". Bit of a long name for some tea. And that's not including the fact that it's Fairtrade Organic. It deserves it though. In my opinion (and I am a bit of an earl grey connoisseur), this is the crème-de-la-crème of earl grey teas. It can't be beaten. I've said that before about other teas, but this time I think this is it. I came across this tea in a small farm café in rural north east Scotland.
