In our house we like our fair share of soft drinks. It is for this reason that I'm always looking for something new to try to save us the money. When doing my Tesco shop recently I spotted these sunsip drinks and decided that for just 39P they were worth a try and I ended up buying two bottles which I figured I could always give to my nieces and nephews if I didn't like them. Sunsip Diet Cola is one of Tesco's latest cut price 'budget brands'. The idea seems to be that they're selling Tesco Value equivilent products, at Tesco Value prices - but without having to actually write 'Tesco Value' anywhere on the product! Obviously this is a marketing ploy to break away from the stigma that can be attached to having Tesco Value branded products in your kitchen cupboards. This particular brand definitely looks a lot smarter in the cupboard than a bottle of Tesco Value cola would do! The price is almost as friendly too, at 39p for a 2lt bottle.
