During my most recent trip to Lithuania this weekend, I had a chance to refresh my taste buds over the rest of the Svyturys range. Having already done my favourites Extra and Baltas, it's now time for the best of the dark beers. Baltijos is the oldest beer in the Svyturys range, originating in 1964 and being the most simlar brand to the original ancestor of Svyturys beer. Darker and stronger than the aforementioned beers, it's 6.0% and pours dark with a thick foam that stays for a considerable time.
