Talisker - Distilled 1986

Its a bold statement to make, but here you go: Talisker is the best Scots malt whiskey. I'm from Glasgow, and I've tried plenty, but this stands out as my favourite. If you've drank it, you'll know what I mean: few whiskies can boast such a full, rich flavour. I know that sounds so much like a cliche, but take a mouthful of Talisker, swill it round and swallow it back. The taste is so evocative.....brings forth visions of misty islands, snow capped mountains and of the ancient traditions employed to produce so fine a spirit as this.
