Advantages: Orangy

Disadvantages: Odd after taste, but hey its still nice whilst your drinking it lol

After reading another review on here about Tango Orange I really feel I have something to add!

A couple of the reviews on here say that Tango Orange is 'artificial'

So I being fairly healthy ran to my fridge to get my 1.5 litre bottle out. So I'm going to clarify this point first.

This drink is free from artificial colours or flavours. The colouring, Carotenes is a natural sourced colour. This has got to be a good thing! So the flavour really is orange's and we dont want to be giving the kids colours eh we've heard enough about the harm that can do! Now yes this does contain sweeteners on top of sugar but sweetners do no harm!

So I hope I've shed some light on that situation lol

So as I said I have the bottle. Of course I've drank the cans and drank it on draught in pubs and in fast food resterants and I in general am quite a fan!

The Packaging....

The bottle is a 1.5 litre plastic recycable bottle with a black screw on lid. Has brown paper wth orange around its middle with oranges on it and the branding. On the side a quick glance of the nutritional values and round the back it lists the ingredients, nutritional value and customer contact information.

The can is black with a blast of orange on the front and it says tango Orange on the front in black and white. It's a 250ml recycable can and lists ingredients and nutritonal values and cutomer care numbers on the back , same as the bottle however it opens with an aluminium ring pull.

So there's the basics for you lol

The Drink....

It smells orangy! As soon as you sniff it its unmistakable. Very strong indeed. Now I like sweet drinks and this is incredibly sweet and I can only assume that the afertaste is the sweeteners. As someone else mentioned in their review it does leave a strange after taste and I can only assume it's this.

However when your drinking it is very bubbly and refreshing so when you stop drinking it you actually want more, hence why I buy the bottle!

Now I have noticed something with this product. The bottle, price wise tends to be a better deal but the can as its freshly opened usually when you want to drink it is alot fresher and fizzier than the bottle. Even closing the cap tightly doesn't stop the fizz escaping at all and if you put it in the fridge, again with the top screwed firmly on of course it completely turns it more into a juice that a soft drink in texture.

To me it's one f the best orange 'pops' there is. i'm not convinced it's healthy. If I want healthy wouldnt be drinking pop lol

The good thing is that this product is only fizzy I thik in the can variety where as the bottle, again to me isnt so it doesnt give me indegestion or anything.

It is what it is. To me is a drink more aimed at adults and looks respectable lol

Cheers!

P.s Mine is not Diet and is 19kcals per 100mls and a trace of fat.
Tango is a trademark of Britvic.

Can be found in most supermarkets and mine cost £1.19 in Sainsburys.

Summary: Beats the crap out of Fanta
