Advantages: Comforting, calming, delicious.
Disadvantages: None, simple.
I can't believe I'm reviewing tea. Who in their right mind doesn't like tea?
Well we had a kid that started at our work and he hadn't tried tea or coffee. I say kid, the lad was 23 years old. So clearly, we had to make him try these hot drinks he'd never tasted. He tried coffee, hated it. He tried tea, moment of truth. He also hated that. I don't know why I'm going on about this kid - he was a complete fruitloop, beyond repair.
Anyway tea is lovely. It's fantastic. It's versatile in terms of where, when and why you'd drink it. There's not many things better than sitting down with friends at the weekend, drinking tea without a care in the world. It's a bit less in-your-face than coffee, a bit of a slow burner. It's a bit of a quirky, comforting granny to coffee's wild-eyed, tedious, drug-addicted happy slapper.
It's also a great ice-breaker. Got the in-laws round? Get the kettle on. Things went a bit quiet? Get the kettle on. Is the kettle not on? Get the kettle on.
Anyway, I can't believe I'm still going on about tea - you must have tried tea.
If you've not tried it, try it.
If you drink it, stop reading this rubbish - get the kettle on.
Summary: Life without tea would be misery.
