Advantages: Nothing beats a cuppa Tea

I am not going to go into the ins and outs of how you make a good cup of tea or how I personally like to drink mine as everybody has different tastes. I am just going to tell you my thought on tea and why I think nothing beats a good brew.

Any time anything goes wrong or is not looking to great, whether I have bee feeling down, have PMT or something a little more serious I know a cup of tea will always cheer up me. It may not solve the issue but it always makes me feel a hell of a lot better. The taste and the warmth always bring a msile to my face.

I drink about 4 - 5 cups of tea a day, more when I am at work than when I am at home. At work I drink tea rather than cans of fizzy pop.

I love tea and would recommend you have a brew, Thats exactly what I am going to do now.
