Advantages: Not high in caffine
Disadvantages: if you have sugar it can be bad for youer teeth
My earliest memories of tea is way back in Primary School when i would wake up the morning and my Grandma had a fresh ready and waiting for me to stroll down stairs (good times), sadly now i don't have that luxury and have to make my own brews. I cant remember the first time i had it but i can't remeber when i went a day without drinking it now.
Its pretty much the first day thing i drink still to this day, When i was younger i used to drink tea two sugars and i made it milky, with the amount of tea i was drinking daily i was having too much sugar but really didn't like it without it or even with just one.
Then i read an article which claimed if you drink your tea with one sugar instead two after 10 times of drinking it this way your taste buds will adjust and it taste normal to you. Aprehensive but still decided to give it a go, luckily for me and my teeth it worked so now i drink tea with out sugar at all. If i was to drink tea with even a lil sugar in it then i can't even taste the tea just sugar... YUK!!
Tea comes in so many different kinds and flavours personally my favourite is Every day tea, which again has so many different brands each with their own flavours.
Just to name a few Tetley, PG tips, Yorkshire tea, Typhoo and recently Twinnings added their own to supermarkets, i like Yorkshire tea the most which isn't the cheapest but is reasonalbly priced in most supermarkets (especially when on offer).
Another reason i like everyday tea is for dunking biscuits :)
there are plenty of biscuits to choose from which you can dunk some of my favs include Oreos, Choc Hob Nobs, Choc Digestives, fox's golden crunch, Maryland cookies. A cup of tea really does make pretty much any biscuit better.
So now i've got rid of the sugar still drinking plenty of tea isn't good for me not high in Caffine but i've tried to start drinking decaf where possible.
When is the best time to drink tea well i can't think of a bad time to drink tea but i like it when i get from holiday and i've not had one for a wk or two!!
Summary: For me best drink, perfect for any time
