Advantages: Contains fanstastic antioxidants.
Disadvantages: We may not like green tea :(
Somedays i actually question myself on where i would be without tea. It's like a bestfriend; when you talk, it'll listen; and it never changes who it really is. Haha; i love it.
Whether it's a cuppa tetley, PG tips, Barry's Tea, Lipton, Twinings and the list goes on! But where did it all really come from; it's funny to think that one plant could make something as magnificent as this, right?
There are so many teas out there with different brands that if they all disappeared; what would we do without them?
Tea- an easy way to pack your body with antioxidants eh?
Especially if it's green or herbal tea but what actually is an antioxidants, all we call them really is the magnificent beauty secret to reduce or prevent our wrinkles becoming even worse than they already are!
An antioxidant is a substance simply containing lots of vitamins and minerals such as; Vitamin C&E and also Selenium which helps to repair damage to your body tissues or even prevent that. They simply slow down the process of called 'oxidative process' which are caused by some little nasties called 'free radicals' that can lead to heart disease and diabetes.
They can also reduced the chances of your body getting cancer and infection; so, drink up all that tea!
Who knew that our lovely tea could contain something as powerful as that. For the best teas around simply go into a well known store such as Sainsburys, Asda or Tescos and look around at the wonderful selections of tea. The biggest miracle to us women.
Summary: Probably the most fantastic natural plant EVER.
