Advantages: Cheap, tasty
Disadvantages: No way of resealing the carton
What's in a brand name? Absolutely nothing it seems.
This product comes in under Tesco's value range. That means it's the equivalent of ASDA's smart prices and the like. That said it doesn't taste the least bit different to any of the other apple juice drinks that they stock. It's certainly no worse than their non budge own brand juice.
The only real downside to this product is that it comes in a snip corner carton, which is unfortunate as it means that once it's open it's far too easy to spill or drop something into, but this is a minor detail as it usually gets drunk far too quickly!
I also find it a great addition to cooking. I personally use it as a alternative to cider in a number of recipes due to my wife's preference for avoiding alcohol in food and you can't tell the difference between the two.
Really as others have said, there's no reason to pay more than the price of this for your apple juice unless you're feeling a bit snobby about your juice drinks.
Summary: A good cheap apple juice.
