Advantages: Cheap so decent value for money

Disadvantages: Not the best tasting cream soda ever

I'm a fan of all things vanilla, smell, taste, ingredient in cooking etc, so I'm a regular buyer of Cream Soda from both Asda and Tesco. I recently bought a bottle from Tescos as part of a three bottles for £1.20 deal (though I can remember the days when it was 3 for a £1). I don't necessarily regret buying it, but I'd happier pay a little extra any day for proper cream soda if I could find a better brand.

The taste of this drink isn't very impressive and really fails to scream vanilla in flavour. Sure the taste is there but it is heavily drowned out with a taste with can only be described as bland fizz, especially the first few hours of initially opening the bottle. Overall I find the taste to be quite nice enough though, and well worth the 40p I effectively paid for the two litre bottle. Overall I'd have to describe the taste as sweet (though not too sugary), very much like lemonade with a vanilla touch.

For all it's faults it's still great value for the price, and possibly the only option on the market for people like me who are vanilla taste lovers.
