As a child I was never really allowed fizzy drinks, and I am grateful for that as it has kept my teeth quite good! I've never really been a cola person but now and again I do like to have a drink of it. I never go for normal, it always has to be diet. I can never taste the difference and there's no point in wasting calories! I sometimes go for store own brands too, such as Tesco Diet Cola.

The cola comes in a bottle (2L). Around it there is a shiny silver coloured label with a picture of a filled glass on the front. Cola is written in bright red so it stands out. The cola itself is seen through the clear bottle and looks very dark and quenshing!

When you open up there is that fizzing sound from the released air inside. Pouring it does cause froth to build up, as with brand names, which is always going to look promising! Once it settled down I drew the cup to my lips to have a taste. It didn't smell different from branded cola so I had high hopes. Tasting it, I noticed there was a slight difference. This simply was not as strong, and tasted slightly more sugary sweet that diet cocacola. I hoped so much that they had not put on the wrong label! It was tasty, but not what I had expected. And I got a sore throat from the fizz as usual, but thankfully it went flat quite quick!

Thankfully, since this is diet it is not as unhealthy as others, teeth eroding aside. 100ml has just one calorie, which you cannot really go wrong with that can you? Also it fills you up so stops you eating lots and could help you in the long run lose weight.

The bottle costs just 47p, which is phenomenally cheap. It's a good product and well worth it! A bottle of Coca-Cola diet would cost you close to £2, over four times more expensive than Tesco! Really, there is no point forking out for the brand when you can just have this!

This is a delicious drink and although not something I would drink every day as some do, it does make a nice change once now and again.
