Tasty, refreshing drink (Tesco Fruit Flavoured Sparkling Water)

Advantages: Low in fat and cheap

Disadvantages: Not many flavours to choose from

I have also drank alot of pop, mainly Pepsi Max. I have recently decided to go on a diet and although Pepsi Max is a low fat drink it is still not exactly good for you. I have always been told to drink lots of water but to be honest I find it very boring.

After doing my shopping yesterday at Tesco I noticed that their flavoured water was on special, 3 for £1.

The flavours that I bought were-
Apple and Rasberry. This was very fruity and full of flavour.
Blackberry and grape. Again this was very fruity but it did leave my mouth a bit dry after.
Peach. Again this was very fruity and full of flavour. It did still leave my mouth a bit dry but not as much as the Blackberry and Grape.

Other flavours available are-
Lemon and Lime
Elderflower and Lemon
Orange
Grapefruit

As yet I have not tried these ones but I will be.

They come in 1 ltr bottles with an average of 3 calories per serving.

This is a very tasty alternative to pop which makes you bloated and I have been converted now and I will continue to drink this.
