Advantages: Good range of flavours and nice as a mixer with alcohol

Disadvantages: Goes flat quite quickly

These drinks are usually on three for £1 or something similar, so I often buy them in favour of drinking diet coke all the time (I do worry about the caffiene). I like mixing these with spirits too, as it makes a nice change to the usual tonic or lemonade. My favurite flavours are apple and raspberry, blackcurrant and the elderflower and lemon, but I think there are about 6 varieties in the range altogether. They're really nice and refreshing, although I would recommend that you drink them fairly swiftly after opening as they do lose their fizz relatively quickly. Having said that, because it's flavoured water and mot coke or something, they're not all that bad to drink flat, so not really a problem either way! The only thing I suppose is that you could guzzle a lot of this stuff mindlessly without thinking about all the artificial sweetener you're getting as a result, so best to limit oneself I think (as with everything in life!)

Summary: Excellent drinks which beat boring old cola any day!
