Advantages: refreshing
Disadvantages: sweetener
'Slightly sparkling spring water drink with a hint of white grape juice and natural blackberry flavour' is written on the label of Tesco's new flavoured water - and they are right with every single word. My favourite is 'White grape & blackberry' - a refreshing drink for hot days and a good base for mixed drinks.

Packing
The sparkling water comes in a lovely light blue bottle made out of hard plastic; that means that the plastic is thicker than the normal Tesco Value bottles. I'm normally not a big fan of paying more for good looks but I have to admit that I really like the design of the bottle, it's modern and looks almost noble.
The label is purple on the bottom and gets translucent towards the top. You can find the Allergy and Nutrition Info on the back and a small section of your Guideline daily amount on the front.

Look & Taste
I was sceptical at first, I thought that it would be more of an water & juice mix but Tesco keeps their promise - it's refreshing sparkling water with just a hint of grape. I have to admit that if I didn't know what I'm drinking I wouldn't recognise the blackberry as blackberry.
The taste is not to intense and although sweetener is used it doesn't leave a too sweet aftertaste.
Try it mixed with orange juice as a nice mixed drink or freeze it to ice cubes, it chills your normal water and gives it a very light taste of grape.

Price & Value
I was surprised when I saw this water advertised 3 bottles for 1 Pound. That was the first time when I
When it's not on offer you can get a bottle for 42 pence - which is an unbeatable price for flavored water of this quality!
One bottle contains 1 litre of flavored sparkling water which is a real bargain for this price.
Another Tesco product (and this time not from the Value range) I can highly recommend.
For me it's 9 out of 10 (-1 for the sweetener)
Summary: A nice, refreshing alternative to normal sparkling water
