A tasty and healthy drink (Tesco Fruit Flavoured Sparkling Water)

I used to get 'peach water' as I called it when I was a young kid as treat. I feel drinking water at mealtimes can make me meal feel too under-indulgent and can give you a reason to eat chocolate afterwards. Which isn't great when you're trying to lose weight.

My Mum wasn't keen on giving me this, for reason it's fizzy and also, I believe it used to have a lot of sugar. But this meant I was drinking far too much fruit juice which is just as full of sugar. It's all to easy to forget the calories and sugar in the 'healthy' fruit juice you drink.

When I saw this in Tesco's a few months ago for 3 for £1 (or 39p each), I decided to get it. I was surprised to see how little calories, sugar and fat there was it in. I brought it home and instantly remembered why I loved it so much. It just tastes so good!

There are eight different flavours:
Peach
Lemon and Elderflower
Blackberry and Grape
Lemon and Lime
Pear and Blueberry
Orange
Apple and Raspberry
Grapefruit

My personal favourite is Lemon and Lime, though I realise it's not to everyone's taste. It's kinda tangy and I think it's really tasty. The neglible calorie content makes it taste even better!

Summary: A great time to be enjoyed at mealtimes without worrying about it making you fat!
