Everyone knows you should 'eat more fruit' and 'drink more fluids', so what better way than to go for a fresh fruit juice. However, I've sadly become increasingly aware of the calories in foods and drinks over time which is why I was happy to come across a cheaper 'Light Choices' version. Tesco's Light Choices Orange Juice is packaged in a strong cardboard carton with a screw top and can be found amongst the other fruit and soft drinks.
