BACKGROUND INFORMATION Due to the fact that my blood sugar was out of control and I was also overweight I decided to try the Slimming World eating plan, which basically cuts out fat and sugar as much as possible. I have always enjoyed camomile tea, which of course is drunk without milk making it a virtually calorie free option.
