I bought this instead of a brand named smoothie simply because I didn't have enough change in my purse! I was really pleased to discover that it tasted exactly the same as any other - I suppose not much can change when most smoothie companies claim that there is 100% fruit in the drink and nothing else! Tesco got the balance of strawberries and bananas just right; there was no banana sticking to the roof of my mouth, or sour strawberry ruining the taste. It was also very smooth, which, surprisingly isnt't often the case! One thing I have noticed about other smoothies is that they are becoming increasingly thinner in consistency, giving the impression of more of a juice, which is disappointing. I am glad to say that this smoothie was definitely a smoothie! I would certainly buy this product again, as there is no need to spend any extra money looking for quality when this Tesco smoothie has it all. Size was not compromised on either - it appeared exactly the same as all of the others on sale.

Summary: A cheaper version with the same benefits as branded products
