Advantages: Fizzy drink, no added sugar, great price, tastes nice, recyclable packaging.

Disadvantages: Contains aspartame.

I love a good fizzy soft drink but am trying to save costs whether possible so when I saw this 2 litre bottle of soft drink for just 46p each or 3 for £1.20 I had to pick some up and put them in my already overloaded basket!

The 2 litre bottle is just a standard plastic bottle (can be recycled where facilities exist - 90% of the UK at present) which is clear and has a green plastic cap that's very thin and a little fiddly to put back on. The bottle has a green label with the Tesco logo, nutritional information, calorie content, ingredients etc and there are just 3 calories and no sugar what so ever this is a pretty much guilt free fizzy treat for me.

This drink is lovely and fizzy when i open it and I drank this bottle over a couple of days and providing the lid is securely fastened there is no reason why this won't keep it's fizz for the entire time. The limeade was quite fizzy without having too many bubbles to get all up my nose when I swallowed and it does have a lovely lime flavouring to it as well as being a vivid green colour, if a little watered down in appearance.

This is a great bottle of drink to buy for kids birthday parties or just for an occasional fizzy treat. Sometimes I make up ice cubes with fizzy drinks for my nieces & nephews and this is so cheap you can make a ton of ice cubes and even if they get wasted (dropped on the floor etc) it's not the end of the world.

I don't get a horrible sugary coating on my teeth with this drink as I go with some other fizzy soft drinks and the only downside (for some people) is that this contains aspartame. I don't really let this affect what I eat or drink although I am trying to be more conscious of what goes in to my food & drink now and because of this ingredient I am rating this 3/5.

Summary: A nice fizzy soft drink that contains no added sugar.
