I'm a bit juice drinker, but sometimes it works out far too expensive to have the good stuff all the time. Yesterday I was looking through the juice fridge in Tesco trying to find a cheaper alternative, and opted for a 2L bottle of this for £1.03. Which I thought was a reasonable price for that amount. The juice is quite thin, and is a carrot orange colour (due to the beta-carotene colouring used). It contains 32% fruit juices, from concentrate: Orange Pineapple Lemon Apricot Mandarin Papaya Mango Passion fruit Guava Banana Lulo (a subtropical perennial plant from North-Western South ... We get through loads of this tropical drink from Tesco because it's only £1.03 for 2 litres and is loads cheaper than buying enough fruit juice for us all to drink through the day. It comes in a bottle like milk but the label is different to the picture Dooyoo have got and looks more grown up and is a purple colour. Its only got 32% fruit in it so I make sure I also drink a proper fruit juice everyday because even though it tastes proper fruity there isn't really a lot in it. The flavour of the juice comes from orange, pineapple, lemon, apricot, mandarin, passion fruit, papaya, mango, guava, banana, kiwi. The fruits are all blended ... Read the complete review

We get through more and more fruit juice as the warmer weather approaches. In winter, we get accustomed to only having to buy a few cartons a week, if that, but it's been a bit sunny lately and the fruit juice has been disappearing out of the fridge quick-smart. The Mrs decided we need to try something a bit more economical and we spotted this in Tesco. It costs just over £1 (I'm afraid I can't remember exactly) and that's for a big two litre bottle. I think that's excellent value for money compared to many similar fruit juices. This is made from 32% fruit juice including all kinds of tropical fruits like mango and passionfruit (the two I can taste the ... Read the complete review

I am making a conscious effort to cut down on sugary fizzy drinks with a view to drinking more fruit juices and refreshing cold drinks. A nice one I've recently discovered is the Tesco Tropical Juice Drink which my granddaughters' love and I enjoy more often since ditching the Diet Cola. This is a 'juice drink' and contains just 32% fruit juices from concentrate, so by no means can you class this as one of your five-a-day fruit portions but it's a refreshing and tasty drink for the times when you don't want a warm drink. The juice has a lovely tropical flavour and I can distinctly taste pineapple, orange and passion fruit although looking at the ... Read the complete review

Juice is a big thing in my house, the only one in my house that drinks coffee, tea or any other drink in preference to juices is my wife. Myself and the kids are huge juice drinkers and although I do drink fizzy juice I rarely if ever allow the kids to. In order to stop them asking for fizzy juice all the time I have to keep finding new, enjoyable alternatives and one of those is Tesco tropical juice, the kids love it and I like a drop myself from time to time. This drink comes in a clear bottle shaped more like a milk carton rather than a typical juice bottle, the bottle is clear so you can see the bright orange colour of the drink. Once opened ...
