Value is the wrong word (Tesco Value Cola)

Advantages: Cheap enough to pour away

As you might expect for a tesco own branded 'value' of cola for 17p (at my last check), it does not taste very good. As soon as you pick the bottle up and light hits the liquid, it is more of an orangey brown than an almost black which you see with the premium brands.
Once poured, it is some what flat. Cola is obviously supposed to be fizzy, and this one certainly ought to be in order to take your attention away from the foul taste as you drink it. by the time you get to the bottom of the bottle, the tiny bit of fiz that was there has gone, and you are left with the revolting remnants.
For 17p there are other uses for this cola, including the addition of mentos (I hold no responsibilty if you do), or you might sneak it in as a mixer drink to add to whiskey or vodka, but only once the guest (yes, not me thankyou) has had a few and won't notice.

Summary: Break the bank and get a proper brand
