Tesco Value Orange Juice comes in the traditional "value" packaging, with the familiar blue and white stripes and the red "value" mark. Like most other orange juice cartons it shows a glass of orange juice being poured. It also gives the nutritional information in blue on the front of the carton at the bottom, again this is nothing new but useful to see at a glance. The packaging itself tends to stand out on the shelf next to other brands of the same product due to the distinct "value"packaging and the use of a lot of white where most others are orange or yellow in colour. The carton itself is of good quality and doesn't pierce easily. To open it you would need to peel up one or both of the stuck down corners at the top of the carton and then cut a small piece off the one of those corners. I have found that it is possible to rip the corner off instead of cutting it but I wouldn't recommend it as it hinders the pouring of the juice.

The juice itself is a bright orange colour and is thin in consistency. I find the taste sweet enough for my liking and I prefer to drink mine either chilled or with ice. There are two varieties of the value orange juice, one with bits and one without. I like both of them equally and feel that they are both quality products. The price of course is also a factor, we paid 62p today for one carton where as other brands available were mainly priced over £1. This may be from a "value" range but this product is definitely quality.
