Having recently been impressed with Tetley’s Peppermint Punch, I decided to try another one of it’s alternatives to conventional tea, “Green tea and Lemon”. Like the Pepppermint Punch, these bags come in a small cardboard tube with a plastic lid and a foil layer inside to keep them fresh. My teabags cost 79 Pence for twenty-five bags (at Morrisons). On the packaging, Tetley claim “We have combined a light delicate green tea with the zesty freshness of lemons, to create a blend that will make you sparkle.” Let’s give it a try…. Green tea is something of an acquired taste and one that I can’t claim to have fully acquired. I persevere because I believe ...

I wasn’t really ...

***Packaging*** The teabags come in a circular package/ tin with a green plastic lid. There is also a foil lid to peel off in order to keep the teabags fresh and full of flavour I really like the packaging as its good to keep in my drawer in my desk. Other green teas come in a cardboard box which I don't like so much as they are not so durable and if they are kept in my desk drawer end up taking such a battering. The package of the Tetley product is very durable. ***Price*** For 25 tea bags, expect to pay around 99p in most Supermarkets. Asda have this on special for £0.74 at the moment and the product is on special on quite a regular basis. ...
