I have always been a great coffee lover and if i ever ventured onto tea, I would always drink Yorkshire Tea, however just lately I have found myself venturing off to something different and have been drinking Tetley Green Tea with Lemon.

I have always associated Tetley with normal teabags and didn't know that they had an extended range of teabags which all now seem to reside in my kitchen cupboard, all neatly and compact in their small little cannisters which take up little room.

This product can come in two different sizes, a small cannister of 25 teabags that cost 48p from Tesco or you can buy a box of 50 bags for (which I don't understand) £1.79. Somewhere along the lines pricing on this product has been mixed up, surely larger boxes should be a lot more economical.

Green Tea is notmally found more so in Oriental countries, the likes of China and Japan and now on the Cannisters the writing looks a little along the line of Chinese symbols to symbolise the roots of where the tea actually originate from. Green Tea you will find relaxes you a lot more than normal tea as in contains no caffeine as normal tea does and is full of anti-oxidants.

To taste the tea at its best, boil the kettle but do not add until the water has cooled down a little bit. The taste is actually quite nice. Initially you get the bitter taste of the lemons which is not too strong and then you can taste the herbal blend of the green tea as an after taste.

This is a lot more refreshing than normal tea and I have got used to it and actually quite like it now. It is also available with Mint, however I have not actually tried this. They also do another variety of tea similar style but not actually Green Tea with different flavours which again are very refreshing.

Its a great healthy alternative to normal teabags and is definitely worth a try.
